HARD CIDERS ON DRAFT TODAY

  1. Sweet farm - 5% abv - Our classic semi-sweet hard cider made from 100% Rogers Orchards apples grown right here in Southington

  2. Hibiscus Rose - 6% abv- a blend of culinary and cider apples infused with hibiscus and rose petals, akin to a dry rosé.

  3. Rooibos - 6.5% abv -  “Roy-bos”is a tea enjoyed for centuries in South Africa. This medium bodied cider packs an earthy sweetness like dried fruit and persimmons.

  4. Honey - 5% abv - Our sweetest cider, but NATURALLY sweet. We work with Full Bloom Apiaries to pollinate our trees in the spring and use their honey to sweeten this customer favorite.

  5. Green Tea Peach - 6.7% abv - A blend of  apples, co-fermented with Red Haven peaches and steeped in a touch of green tea leaves for a refreshingly herbaceous finish.

  6. Spruce Tips - 6.5% abv - Locally sourced spruce tips infused in a blend of our ciders makes for this refreshing drink.

  7. Barrel Aged Roxbury Russet - 8% abv - This single varietal features our prized heirloom cider apple, Roxbury Russet. Semi-dry with notes of honey, nutmeg, and chamomile. With every sip, enjoy the taste of America’s oldest known apple cultivar. The Roxbury Russet was originally discovered in 17th century Massachusetts and has been grown at Rogers Orchards throughout the last 200+ years.

  8. Pumpkin Spice – 4.5% abv – Made with a blend of our orchard apples and infused with cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and allspice, this cozy cider captures everything you love about fall in a glass.  Sweet, gently spiced, and perfect for sweater weather.

  9. Pure Peach - 5.5% abv- Ever had peach wine? We didn’t think so! 100% Rogers Orchards peaches make this juicy refreshing drink a summer favorite.

  10. Kanavu - 6% - This cider is the result of a two year research project with Swapna Subramanian, a PhD candidate at the University of Connecticut. Swapna’s research focuses on wild yeast communities in Connecticut Apple orchards. Yeast, of course, is what turns sugars into alcohol. Through this collaboration with Swapna and her laboratory we were able to select, identify and rapidly evolve a wild yeast strain that produced a cider unlike any we have made before. Tropical notes combine with candied pear in this 100% unique cider made with Rogers Orchards apples and Rogers Orchards native yeast! Note: This is our first cider where we ask the drinker to focus attention on the process of fermentation as much as the apples we use.

  11. Cranberry Wine - 12% cranberry infused brandy was blended with barrel aged cider for a still and robust fruit wine. Made with Connecticut grown cranberries and apples from our farm.

HOMEMADE BRANDIES

  1. Classic Apple Brandy - 27% abv - Our signature apple brandy. Aged in charred oak barrels infused with mulling spices & apples from Rogers Orchards.​​ Goes down like liquid apple pie.

  2. Wild Blackberry Brandy - 35% abv - Hand picked wild blackberries were blended in a fruit wine in 2022, distilled in 2023 and aged in oak for 2 years. Noticeably more boozy with a nice blackberry finish.

  3. Peach Vanilla Brandy - 30% abv - 2022 peach wine was distilled and aged in oak with vanilla beans for 3 years. Semi-sweet and reminiscent of a peach ice cream sundae.

  4. Cranberry Sage Amaro - 30% abv - 2023 apple brandy soaked in local Connecticut cranberries and infused with bittering agents you’d find in a classic amaro; gentian root, wormwood, juniper and our twist: sage. Adds a beautiful earthy note in a cocktail.

All our ciders are 100% all natural and free from artificial flavors.

They are all gluten free, nut free, dairy free and vegan.

(some winemakers use shellfish-based fining agents)

We use the minimum amount of sulfite required to keep our ciders stable.
