HARD CIDERS ON DRAFT TODAY

  1. Sweet farm - 5% abv - Our classic semi-sweet hard cider made from 100% Rogers Orchards apples grown right here in Southington

  2. Crabby Apple- 7% abv- a variety of heirloom crab apples were aged in oak barrels for a bright and toasty blend

  3. Rooibos - 6.5% abv -  Roy-bos”is a tea enjoyed for centuries in SouthAfrica. This medium bodied cider packs an earthy sweetness like dried fruit and persimmons.

  4. Honey - 5% abv - We work with Full Bloom Apiaries to pollinate our trees in the spring and use their honey to sweeten this cider.

  5. Green Tea Peach - 6.7% abv - A blend of  apples, co-fermented with Red Haven peaches and steeped in a touch of green tea leaves for a refreshingly herbaceous finish.

  6. Spruce Tips - 6.5% abv - Locally sourced spruce tips infused in a blend of our ciders makes for this refreshing drink

  7. Blueberry - 5% abv - Our hard cider with a mix of fresh blueberry puree

  8. Pure Peach - 5.5% abv- Ever had peach wine? We didn’t think so! 100% Rogers Orchards peaches make this juicy refreshing drink a summer favorite.

  9. Strawberry 6.9%- A natural infusion of local CT fruits, made with fresh strawberries from Anderson Farms in Wethersfield CT and a hand selected blend of apples.
