HARD CIDERS ON DRAFT TODAY

  1. Sweet farm - 5% abv - Our classic semi-sweet hard cider made from 100% Rogers Orchards apples grown right here in Southington

  2. Crabby Apple- 7% abv- a variety of heirloom crab apples were aged in oak barrels for a bright and smoky blend

  3. Rooibos - 6.5% abv -  Roy-bos”is a tea enjoyed for centuries in SouthAfrica. This medium bodied cider packs an earthy sweetness like dried fruit and persimmons.

  4. Honey - 5% abv - We work with Full Bloom Apiaries to pollinate our trees in the spring and use their honey to sweeten this cider.

  5. Winter Spice- 7.5% - We aged our cider in bourbon barrels from Litchfield distillery, along with the Brandy soaked apples and mulled spices we used to make our apple brandy

  6. Spruce Tips - 6.5% abv - Locally sourced spruce tips infused in a blend of our ciders makes for this refreshing drink

  7. Blueberry - 5% abv - Our hard cider with a mix of fresh blueberry puree

  8. Sour Apple - 5.8% abv- Sour lovers rejoice !
